ADEPT® 175 Intermediate Floor

ADEPT® floor cassettes are fast to assemble and individually demountable, allowing zero waste alterations, easy disassembly, and re-use. A 2400 cassette weighs less than 60kg facilitating easy delivery in difficult access sites. The option to reconfigure buildings over time reduces operational costs and carbon, as well as allowing end of life disassembly and re-use of the entire building.  

Made up of individually demountable cassettes suspended between box beams or engineered timber beams, allowing spans of up to 7.5m. ADEPT® 175 Intermediate Floor Cassettes are 175mm thick and 600mm wide with two layers of high performing hemp insulation inside and is available in height increments of 300mm up to 2400mm.

  • Structural insulated timber panel with layers of HempSil® and IndiNature IndiTherm flexible hemp insulation. An additional external layer of rigid wood fiber insulation offers a variety of wall build-ups for a range of thermal insulation requirements.
