Built for healthy indoor environments, the rooms use breathable, low-VOC materials that regulate humidity and reduce noise—ideal for urban gardens. Alpaca’s designs often include high-quality glazing (such as crittal-style windows) and optional features like sedum living roofs, offering both aesthetic appeal and improved biodiversity.
