ADEPT® Manufacturing
ADEPT Manufacturing Limited is our first regional fabrication licensee, based in the East of England. As an early adopter of the ADEPT system, they are playing a key role in demonstrating how decentralised, low-carbon construction can be delivered at scale. The facility produces prefabricated wall, floor and roof panels using bio-based materials and precision processes, supporting both local housing delivery and national supply chain resilience. By combining technical capability with a commitment to sustainability and community-based manufacturing, ADEPT Manufacturing Limited sets the blueprint for future licensed Makers across the UK and beyond.
